ipod radio tv internet other     Here is my survey that was completed by 10 people: 5 boys and 5 girls. I chose a balanced number of males and females as my magazine is aimed at both genders equally so I wanted to take in the feedback I recieved and apply it to my magazine.   60% of the people wanted to see a red, white and black magazine so I decided to make these colours an important colour on my front cover. As expected 70% of the people surveyed listened to pop/chart music. This supported the idea that my magazine is a mainstream magazine. 50% said that they listen to music regularly which means they probably would be interested in reading my magazine. Next, 60% of the people said they would pay less than £3 for a magazine which is what I based my magazine around (£2.00). I decided that because a sizeable portion of my readers will be students it would not be suitable to charge high as they wouldn't be able to afford it. 80% said they would like a fashionable look with lots of colour which is why I decided to add a lot of colour to my magazine, especially my background. The higest percentage for the naext question was 40% who wanted freebies to be included in the magazine and this is why I added free posters in it and this is advertised on the front cover. 60% of people said they didn't like to see advertisements in magazines, this is why I decided I would put as little adverts in as possible but enough to make a profit. 90% of people said the person on front of the magazine would impact whether they would buy the it ot not, for this reason I decided I would try and have a popular person on the front of the cover on each edition. Lastly, 40% of people said they listen to music the most on radio which was interesting as I thought ipod would be the most common. With this result in consideration I would probably advertise my magaizne on the radio as that is where most people wuld probably hear about it.
